C|Z Design Strategies provides program, design, and project management services for the Capital Improvement Program at Chicago Public Schools on a diverse portfolio of new construction and renovation projects.

The projects featured demonstrate our focus in the development, coordination, and implementation of the program, design, and technical requirements of each project. We work closely with various entities including CPS educational departments, City of Chicago’s Public Building Commission, and our peers in the design and project management professions, to develop innovative design solutions that meet challenging budget and schedule demands while adhering to Chicago Public Schools’ rigorous design standards.
